Our Story

What started off as only a platform for coaching and mentorship grooming for women professionals at GLOW, has now grown into a complete reach for all; professional men and women, professionals in the making (our young boys and girls at Secondary schools and Tertiary institutions), ordinary men and women who have a dream but do not know where to start, entrepreneurs and businesses. No matter where you find yourself in life, GLOWREACH can take you to your desired destination.

GLOWREACH was established to bridge the gap between vision and reality, goals and results, dreams and success. At GLOWREACH we believe that you can attain all that you put your mind to, have all that you dream, and do all that you aspire. With just the right support and skill, nothing can stand between you and your dreams.

Because we are passionate about helping people and organisations realise their full potential by translating potential into products, our coaching, mentorship and consulting services are provided through three service vehicles: GLOW, GLOW-COACHING, and GLOW-CONSULTING.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Dr Shirley Magazi is a strong, dynamic, seasoned, and ethical organisational and transformational leadership expert and business coach with over 15 years of management and leadership experience of which 10 years have been at executive management level. Dr Magazi is a performance driven leader, keen on transformational leadership, great communicator, a strategist, critical thinker, change catalyst, translating vision into action, and action into results.

As an Executive and Consultant, Dr Magazi has led organisations through change in turbulent and uncertain environments, build the capacity of human capital for sustainable development, and mastered the art of achieving organisational results through strengthening organisational systems, innovation and employee relations. She has provided consulting services to organisations such as UNAIDS, Office of the Prime Minister - Namibia, Global Fund, PWC Zimbabwe.

As a fully-certified Coaching Professional since 2015 with New Insight Africa in South Africa, Dr Magazi has helped her clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life to achieve their personal and professional goals. The essence of her work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life, so that you can overcome them with confidence.

Dr Magazi specialises in creating personalised strategic life plans and providing tools to guide you forward and achieve your desired goals.
